Hot Dipped Galvanized Wire is also written as Hot Dip Galvanised Wire, made of high quality carbon steel wire with heavy zinc plating layer through thermal galvanization. This type of galvanized wire is simplified as HDG wire. Additional polyester coating or fusion bond coating layer can be applied to HDG wire for superior corrosion resistance and multi-color finishes.

Hot Dipped Galvanzied Wires are supplied in forms of coil wire, spool wire, cut wire or U type wire. Single coil wire can be 10 kg to 1000 kg.
Material: Drawn from wire rod of first quality
Process: Wire drawing, acid washing and rust removing, annealing, zinc plating.
Wire shapes: Round, flat, oval, crimped.
Finishes: Hot dip galvanized; hot dipped zinc coated + pvc / pe coated.
Application: Steel wire with heavy themal zinc plating is used for manufacturer of various fences and meshes, mainly chain link fences, panel fences, woven wire mesh and wire netting system, also cables and other industrial wire products.
