Cut large coils into small coils or Strip.
For steel coils, we can cut one large steel coil into small steel coils for loading at seaport; because for container shipping, each container usually loads weight can not be over 26 tons, but each large coil is usually about 28 tons, so one large coils has to be cut into small coils, and because the forklift usually takes 7-10 tons at seaport, so for easy loading into conatiner, each large steel coil usually is cut into 3 small coils. For bulk vessel shipping, it usually demands coils weight under 18 tons, so most times, also need cut one large coil into 2 small coils.

Open flat coils into steel plate.
For final application, need open flat the coils and cut the coils into steel plate, so we open flat the coils and cut the coils to steel plate to the sizes as required. For saving cost for loading by container, load into 20 feet containers, so cut the length under 5800mm, usually as required to cut to length 2440mm and 5800mm, width usually be 1220mm and 1500mm.after cutting the steel coils into steel plate, we can do black paints on the surface of the plate to make the plate to be anti-rust.

About Product Packaging

Because of the characteristics of aluminum, aluminum plates or aluminum coils are easily damaged during transportation. In order to safely deliver products to customers, aluminum packaging is particularly important.

1.Wrap the aluminum sheet tightly with a dense waterproof film and carefully seal it with tape to ensure that no part of the aluminum sheet is exposed to the humid air that may appear, and at the same time put enough desiccant inside the package.This is to ensure that the inside of the aluminum plate is dry, to prevent the aluminum plate from contacting any liquid, and to prevent oxidation or corrosion of the aluminum plate.

2.On the outside of the waterproof membrane, wrap a layer of kraft waterproof paper. This is mainly to ensure that the weak waterproof membrane will not be damaged.The waterproof paper can also isolate the external moisture to a certain extent. The thick kraft paper can well isolate the temperature difference between the surface and the inside environment, and avoid the occurrence of moisture on the aluminum plate due to the excessive temperature difference. Condensation phenomenon prevents oxidation of aluminum plate.

3.On the outside of the kraft paper, the entire layer of corrugated paper will be covered for protection.The edges and corners of the aluminum plate are protected with special corrugated sheets. Finally, the aluminum plate and wooden pallets are packed together with a metal packing tape. Reinforce several tons of aluminum plates to prevent the aluminum plates from being scattered and sliding during transportation, and avoid friction between the aluminum plates and the aluminum plates after fixing.
