In the first quarter of this year, our company's cold rolling mill formed a special research team to address the core problems in the production of ultra-thin strip steel. By reconstructing the process model of the second rolling process of the twenty-high rolling mill, optimizing key control parameters, and upgrading the roll size accuracy detection system, operators can accurately review the thickness of the hardened coils after rolling. These improvement measures have enabled us to successfully achieve stable mass production of 0.15 mm stainless steel cold rolled coils, and the products have met customer requirements in key indicators such as thickness tolerance and surface roughness. This achievement not only improves the accuracy and efficiency of production, but also further meets the market demand for high-quality stainless steel materials.
